Tecnoedil S.A. Constructora is the crystallization of 50 years of experience building roads, ports and civil construction projects.

 

Over the past five decades, we have been honored by both the public and private sectors, which have chosen our business to carry out different projects, allowing us to demonstrate dynamism, technical capacity and responsibility, and thus granting us the opportunity to occupy a privileged position in the Paraguayan business sector.

Objectives

STAFF TRAINING: In Tecnoedil S.A., we are fully aware of the fact that our greatest assets are our Human Resources. This is why we train and prepare our staff to provide the best construction and administrative solutions, with the objective of always satisfying our clients’ needs.

 

EXTERNAL CLIENT SATISFACTION: once each project has concluded, we assess our performance by carrying out a survey in which we ask the client to evaluate our performance during the entire project. This has proven to be a very useful tool, allowing us to grow as a business and continue to improve our effectiveness.

 

COMPLAINTS: During and after our work has concluded, we attend to any complaints that can arise, and provide an answer in an efficient and effective manner.

 

INTERNAL CLIENT SATISFACTION: In Tecnoedil S.A., we care about our working environment and try to optimize it by carrying out recreational and motivating activities with and for our staff.

Human Resources

Tecnoedil S.A. counts with approximately 400 employees distributed within the different areas of the firm. They are trained and motivated with the mission of finding the best construction-related solutions to satisfy each of our client’s needs.
